Step 1: Evaluate your Energy Usage

- Get out your electrical bill. Identify the kilowatt-hour (kWh) usage for the last 12 months.
- Schedule Free Home Energy Audit by contacting us
Step 2: Schedule New England Breeze Solar site visit

- 1-1/2 hours: We look at main electrical panel, roof rafters, shade (roof or yard)
- Please have: copy of recent electrical bill
- Review proposed system size and price
Step 3: Sign Contract

- Contract with New England Breeze Solar
- Commonwealth Solar II rebate application & participant’s agreement
- NGrid utility interconnection application & schedule Z
- Building permit application
- SREC aggregator paperwork
- Please provide copies of entire electric bill and energy audit summary
Step 4: Install

- 2 days of interior work
- Remainder of installation is outdoors
- Electrical & Building inspections
